This week's trick comes from Phillip Phillips. The singer-songwriter is preparing for an upcoming co-headlining tour with Gavin DeGraw later this summer in support of their latest Collateral LP, released last January by Interscope Records.
Today, the singer is looking back with #TBT Mixtape this week, with AC / DC, Dave Matthews Band, Neil Young and more.
"These few songs from these artists have inspired me both as a guitarist and singer / songwriter," says Phillips. "You can not beat the classics. Learning to play these songs meant everything for me to grow up and now when I hear, have a totally different meaning for me. "
